Service Provider Application

1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

All service providers must review and agree to the IRPM Service Provider Terms and Conditions. Approval to perform work on IRPM-managed properties is conditional upon acceptance of these terms.

2. Hourly Service Rates

Service providers must clearly define their standard hourly billable rate. Rates must be submitted during registration. Any changes to rates must be approved by IRPM prior to implementation. IRPM reserves the right to review or decline rate changes to maintain fair pricing for clients.

3. Work Order Authorization

All work performed on IRPM-managed properties must be authorized through an official IRPM Work Order. No work may begin without an approved work order. Emergency work must still be documented and approved by an IRPM administrator as soon as possible.

4. Invoice Approval Requirement

All invoices must be submitted to IRPM for approval prior to completing, purchasing materials for, or beginning any work. This includes labor estimates, material purchases, subcontractor costs, and additional charges. Work performed without prior approval may not be eligible for payment.

5. Communication and Documentation

Service providers must provide clear estimates when requested, document completed work when applicable, and communicate delays or scope changes immediately to IRPM.

6. Professional Standards

All providers must comply with local regulations and licensing requirements, insurance requirements where applicable, and safety standards relevant to their trade. Failure to comply with IRPM policies may result in removal from the IRPM Preferred Service Provider Network.
