What happens if I need more hours?
Additional service hours beyond your package are billed at our standard rate of $63/hour.
Is there a long-term contract?
All management agreements have a 1-year minimum term. Early termination requires an Early Termination Fee equal to one (1) month's placement rent. Exception: if we cannot find a suitable tenant within 30 days of your subscription start date, you may cancel with no penalty.
